The Nurse Educator – Acute Services holds a key leadership position in facilitating the development of and supporting a culture of continuous learning and enquiry by the Nursing and Midwifery workforce at MBPH. You will also collaborate with the People and Culture team to inform the development, delivery and evaluation of education resources to meet individual and organisational learning and developmental needs, supporting the delivery of a patient centred service that embodies evidence-based practice. This position is a 0.8 full time equivalent role.
To meet the requirements of this exciting career opportunity, you will hold Post graduate qualifications in a relevant speciality, be able to demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the supervision, mentoring and performance development of staff in an acute care clinical setting and have a highly developed communication / interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
